splendid apartment with superb location
heated rack washing machine coffee kettle
The apartment provided a washing machine. This was helpful during our travels. a heated drying rack in the bathroom allowed efficient overnight drying. the inclusion of a kettle with tea and instant coffee was a lovely touch. beds and bathrooms were quite comfortable after a long day.
i found that rooms for family members were located in separate buildings. this arrangement caused some inconvenience for group coordination. i wish all our rooms would have been in the same building.

the staff provided immediate assistance when we requested extra towels. requests for additional amenities like toilet paper were handled quickly. their responsiveness greatly contributed to the comfort of our stay, it was appreciated.

the hotel sits within a short walk to the city center. i discovered multiple metro stations nearby, it makes getting around quite simple. the neighborhood felt safe, and it was lovely to walk around.

convenient location friendly staff noisy fans unhelpful manager
The location was convenient! with a short walk to tourist spots and the main railway station. the staff were friendly and helpful, AND the rooms were cozy. It was a nice experience.
the general manager WASN'T very helpful. the air conditioning in the living room didn't work for three nights. the fans provided were noisy and disrupted sleep, unfortunately.

digital check-in pillow option efficient portal
i appreciated the digital check-in process , it was streamlined. the pillow options were a welcome touch , i could select what i needed. the online portal for requests was efficient , i got fast responses. i found requesting services through the portal easier than calling reception.
my room was not cleaned daily , despite my request. i told the front desk about my preference for daily cleaning. it was not noted , the room was not cleaned. this oversight impacted my overall convenience , i had to remind them.

the hotel offers a digital key system via a link on a mobile phone , physical keys are available for emergencies. i found that the air conditioning does not activate unless the outside temperature exceeds 25 degrees celsius. fans are provided upon request , which i found useful.

the apartment was well-equipped , it offered sufficient space. the room did not include carpet , which was very nice. the breakfast buffet had many choices , i especially liked the fresh options. also , there was a dryer in a separate building , i used it.
